Living Rock Family Outreach (LRFO) was formed by David James in February 2000 as a 501(c)(3) faith-based, non-profit parent oversight ministry for WJG.

LRFO’s mission is “To advance the Christian faith by providing education and solutions about the critical need to reach children for Christ, and sharing the Gospel to children and families by all appropriate means, especially including Christian music”.
